Meatballs, Porcupine (M, TNT)

Serves: 4

1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup uncooked rice
1 small onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped (optional)
Salt
Pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. sugar

Sauté onion, celery, and green pepper; add 1/2 of mixture to beef and rice. Mix together and season with salt and pepper; form into balls.

Heat soup and other ingredients including onion mixture. Put meatballs into casserole and cover with sauce. Bake 350°F covered for 1 hour or until beef and rice meatballs are cooked.
