Meatballs, Leek (Albondigas de Prasa) (M, TNT)

Serves: 4-6

1-1/2 kg. of leek
500g of minced beef
3 or 4 slices of wet bread
1 egg
salt
pepper

Peel the leeks, wash them well, chop and boil them. After they are boiled squeeze them well and let it go into a processor.

Then add bread, minced beef, egg, salt and pepper and knead them.

Make balls of the mixture and fry them into hot oil after rolling them first into flour and then into egg.
