Meatballs, Baked Barbecue (M, TNT)

Yield: Varies according to size

1 onion
1 egg
1-1/2 lbs. ground turkey, chicken, or beef
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 to 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
Touch of Worcestershire sauce

Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

Fry 1 onion and cool.

Slightly beat egg and add ground turkey (or chicken or beef) with rest of ingredients and the cooled, fried onions.

Scoop using melon baller, place on baking pan, and bake for 20 minutes.

Poster's Notes:
This is also a low fat recipe and the sauce, mustard, or parsley can be substituted with other flavours such as hot sauce, peppercorn mustard, coriander, cumin, etc.
