1 London broil
Place a roasting rack over a foil roasting pan.
Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over meat.
Pour 1-1/2 cups water into bottom of roasting pan. Put meat on the rack. Roast in a medium oven, timing depending on thickness of cut. When done to taste, broil until edges blackening. Basting usually is not necessary, the thickness of the mixture will settle on the top of the meat.

Nutritional Info Per Serving: N/A
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup hoisin sauce (Chinese barbecue sauce)
1 cup duck sauce (Polynesian style)
1 tablespoon harissa or to taste (if you do not like spiciness you can leave this out)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Minced garlic (2 to 3 cloves)
My mother adds salt to this but I do not. There is enough salt in the ketchup and soy sauce.
