1 lb. lean ground beef (can use mixture of ground turkey and ground beef)
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form into 4 patties. Broil, grill or pan-fry until done to your liking.

4 tbsp. light soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. toasted, sesame seeds
1 tbsp. dark sesame oil
2-1/2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
I tried these using only ground Buffalo and they were delicious. I also increased the sesame seeds, chopped green onions, garlic, and red pepper sauce as we like foods "tasty." Goes well with rice as a side dish and a green vegetable (we had broccoli) and a nice green salad.
