Corned Beef, Glazed III (M, TNT)

Serves: 8 to 10

4 to 5 pounds pickled cooked corned beef
2 tablespoons margarine
5 tablespoons catsup
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/3 cup brown sugar

Bring all glaze ingredients to boil.

Put cooked corned beef into pan, cover with glaze.

Cook at 350°F for about 30 to 45 minutes until brown. OR Cook glaze and pour over cooked, sliced corned beef and serve.
