Corned Beef, Glazed I (M, TNT)

Serves: Depends on size of corned beef

1 uncooked corned beef
5 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 cup brown sugar

Boil corned beef until tender. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over corned beef and bake for an hour.

Poster's Notes:
Original recipe calls for 3 tbsp. melted margarine, I found it's fine without.

I use the same recipe for spiced rolled turkey roll. I've been asked if this is veal! When I do the turkey roll, I refrigerate after boiling and slice it cold before putting on the sauce and baking.
