Brisket, Easy Sweet and Sour (M, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 24

1 6 to 8 pound beef brisket
Garlic powder
3 medium onions, sliced
1 12-ounce jar apricot preserves
1 14-ounce bottle ketchup

Season brisket to taste with garlic, salt and pepper.

Place onions on bottom of pan; put in brisket.

Mix preserves and ketchup; pour over brisket.

Bake, uncovered, for 4 hours at 350°F until tender.
