Brisket w/Cranberry IV (M, TNT, KLP)

1 brisket
1 can of whole cranberries
3 tbsp. of onion soup mix
Garlic powder

Season brisket with garlic powder and pepper. Mix together cranberries and onion soup mix. Spread on brisket.

Place a bed of onions underneath brisket and roast for 1/2 hour on 500°F and 2 hours at 325°F.
