3 to 4-pound brisket
In large Pyrex or similar baking dish, line with heavy (this is important!) foil. Lay brisket on top and add remaining ingredients.
Cover brisket completely, sealing all around with the heavy duty and a second at the same time, before adding the brisket.
Bake at 350°F. Bake for 2-1/2 hrs for a 3-pound brisket and 3 hours for a 4-pound brisket. (Cut down times by 15 minutes for in-between sizes.)
Let stand 1/2 hour before carving and make day before, if possible.
You get a wonderful, tasty gravy with this, as long as you follow the sealing process exactly!
