Brisket, Barbeque Orange (M, TNT)
Source: Self
Serves: Depends on size of brisket

Brisket
Onions, chopped, not too small (the more the better)
1 jar of barbeque sauce (brand and flavor of your choice)
1 jar of orange juice (fill empty jar from barbeque sauce)

Sear meat on all sides in large pot over high heat. Add the onions and cook until tender and brown.

Pour jar of barbeque sauce over meat. Fill jar with orange juice and pour over meat.

Cover pot, reduce heat to low. Sauce does not need to boil. Simmer. Continue to simmer, covered, turning meat throughout cooking, until fork tender.

Depending on size of brisket cooking should take 3 to 5 hours.

Poster's Notes:
Easier to slice cold. I always cook it the day before. Just slice, cover with the juice, and reheat in microwave.
