1 lb. ground beef
Brown the beef over onions and garlic. Dice in celery.
Add rest of ingredients, and let cook for a while until all juices mix.
Serve over cooked rice.

Onions, garlic and celery to taste, chopped
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can of diced tomatoes
2 cans of kidney beans or beans of your choice
1 heaping tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tsp. EACH of basil and oregano
Lemon pepper
2 bay leaves
You can spice it up. I usually add some chili powder. This is a good dish for a cold day.
