10 hot peppers
Deep-fry the peppers until lightly browned; peel, slice lengthwise, and remove seeds. Rinse and strain.
Mix the feta cheese, sour cream, thyme, and garlic in a bowl and fill the peppers with this mixture.
Place in a serving dish, top with olive oil and pine nuts.
