Mushrooms, Stuffed IV (P, TNT)

Serves: 20

20 stuffing mushrooms
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 small garlic clove, chopped
1/3 cup flavored or unflavored bread crumbs
1 egg white
oil for mushroom caps

Separate stems from tops of mushrooms. Chop stems.

Sauté onions, then add chopped stems and chopped garlic. When everything is done, add bread crumbs.

Cool. Add egg white to bind. Stuff cleaned mushroom caps.

Dip bottom of mushrooms in oil. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
