Mushrooms (plain old white caps.)
Heat oven to 350°F.
Spray a glass baking dish with non-stick spray.
Prep mushrooms (wash, or I peel, however you get them ready to eat), including removing the stem. Spread a small dab of butter in the bottom of each mushroom cap. Top with a smear of cream cheese, enough to fill each cap.
Place the caps in the glass dish. Sprinkle with garlic and salt, and shredded cheese.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until shredded cheese is very melty. Enjoy! (careful - they are hot and the larger caps tend to be a bit drippy... mmmm-good!)
