Not really a recipe.
I just put in a bowl about 2 cups of flour (that would make something like 4 to 5 dozens).
I mix in some salt and then make a well inside, start to pour in water and knead them in until I "have the dough." I am sorry to be so vague, but its really very easy. Like Elena said, you just need to reach the right consistency. The dough needs to be elastic since you then roll it fairly thin and cut rounds. If you kneaded in the right amount of water, you will not need to flour the dough while working.
Jenny Pearson once suggested to cut the rounds with a cleaned tuna can, that has been opened on both ends, and its a great method.
