I haven't made these in many years, since they are so high in fat, but I do remember them being delicious.

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup melted butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. dry cottage cheese

This recipe does not use the standard noodle dough for kreplach, but a richer baking powder dough. I would imagine you could use the filling with any dough you wish.
