2 lbs. cocktail franks
Cook franks as per directions.
Mash potatoes. Add eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Roll franks in potato mixture, then into cornflake crumbs.
Bake on greased (I use cooking spray) baking sheet at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
