1 whole baby salmon filleted
Combine in a large pot (my fish pot is 9 qt.) fillets, sugars, water, and vinegar. Put in at least 10 whole bay leaves and bring to a boil. After it comes to a boil cook over medium heat for 25 minutes. Remove fillets from sauce and discard bay leaves. Pour a little liquid over fish in container and refrigerate until serving.
