Dip, Canned Fish (P, TNT)

Serves: Variable

1 or more cans of sardine or mackerel, drained and mashed
Mayonnaise (low fat will do fine), enough to make a spreadable consistency
Lemon juice-to taste
Finely grated onion (Mom called it onion juice)
Black pepper
Worcestershire sauce

Mix all the ingredients together with a fork to a spreadable consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings. Chill.

Serve in a bowl surrounded by crackers for spreading or even vegetables for dipping.
