Spread, Greek-Style Cream Cheese (D, TNT)

Serves: 10

1 8-oz. package block cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped pitted Nicoise olives
1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
Crackers or toasted pita bread wedges, for accompaniment

Spread cream cheese on serving plate.

Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over cream cheese. Serve with crackers or toasted pita bread wedges.
