Ranch Dip/Dressing, Pareve (P, TNT)

1 box firm silken tofu
6 heaping tbsp. of mayonnaise
2 large garlic clove
2 tbsp. dried parsley (or 4 tsp. fresh)
2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
Few shakes of salt-free seasoning
2 tsp. vinegar
Soy or rice milk to thin

Blend ingredients in food processor. Then add enough soy or rice milk to thin to desired consistency (thick for dip, thin for dressing). Taste and adjust seasonings.

Poster's Notes:
I have used this as written for a dip or with the dressing variation. No one suspects the base is tofu.

I find I often need a few more shakes of whatever salt-free seasoning I'm using. This recipe halves easily.
