Dip, Spinach II (P, TNT)

Serves: about 12 large buffet servings

2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 bunch green onions
Parsley to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Mayo to taste

Food process all; I tried to use as little mayo as possible; now there is low fat mayo, so I would probably use a little more.

You use much less mayo with food processor than just mixing by hand.

Poster's Notes:
I used to make a spinach dip that was pareve and very good. Haven't made it in years, so can't give you exact measurements.

I think I sometimes put in some chopped water chestnuts.
