Dip, Guacamole II (P, TNT)

Serves: Varies

2 soft avocados
1 tsp. mayonnaise (I use low fat)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (I leave it out)
1 tablespoon (heaping) dehydrated onion
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 drops hot sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. coriander
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 tomato chopped (I leave this out also)

Peel, depit, and mash avocados into a bowl. Add other ingredients. Mix, refrigerate for 1/2 hour for flavors to meld. Serve with tortilla chips and/or cut fresh vegetables.
