Dip, Gefilte Fish (D, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 10

1 pint gefilte fish (one can of 8 pieces)
1-1/2 tablespoons white horseradish
1 dash white pepper
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon salt

Drain fish and mash with fork. Put in remaining ingredients and stir.

Can put into a mold by first lining the mold with plastic wrap. Refrigerate. Unmold. Serve with crackers or matzo.
