Dip, Baked Artichoke I (D, KLP, TNT)

Yield: About 2-1/2 cups

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts

Combine all ingredients and bake for one hour until golden brown on top. Serve with crackers!

Kim Miche says: I made the easy artichoke dip and I'm telling you it is so delicious! I used shredded parmesan instead of the grated. I can't wait until my husband comes home so he can try it. He is an artichoke lover. I don't want to think about the fat grams in there but I know they are high. Just for the record...I highly recommend it.
