Crostini w/Gorgonzola and Honey (D, TNT)

French bread (baguette) or pita bread
Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled [Archivists' Note: or equivalent blue cheese]
Honey

Slice the bread diagonally, place the slices on a baking sheet and toast both sides under a preheated broiler. Sprinkle with the Gorgonzola and drizzle with a little honey. Place under the broiler and cook just until the cheese begins to melt, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately.

Poster's Notes:
I just made this with pita bread and it was good. I toasted the pita in the oven first and used first a very little dribble of honey. It needed a more healthy dribble for our taste. However, I did not measure so I cannot say how much only that it was good. We put sliced red onions on it and chopped tomatoes after it is out of the oven.
