Egg Rolls, Chicken (M, TNT)

Serves: 6 to 8

1 Napa cabbage
3 to 4 ribs bok choy
4 green onions
1 to 1-1/2 pounds chicken, cooked
Chunky peanut butter
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. margarine, melted
Egg roll wrappers
Egg wash or water, for sealing shut

Chop up the cabbage, bok choy, onions, and chicken.

Next add the peanut butter, salt, pepper, sugar and margarine.

Mix into the vegetables and roll in egg roll wrappers as you would a blintz, being sure to seal the mixture with either a little egg wash or water.

Fry in oil and serve.

Poster's Notes:
I make egg rolls all the time. I don't have a set recipe and am not sure of the amounts but here it is anyway.
