4 pounds chicken wings, tips removed
Baking Sauce:
Line two large baking pans with foil. Heat oven to 400°F.
Bake wings, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and coat with sauce. Return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes, turning several times.

3 tbsp. hot pepper sauce (or up to 4)
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
