Chicken Wings, Buffalo Baked II (M, TNT)

2 pound chicken wings
1 cup hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup Italian dressing
4 tablespoons margarine

Marinate the chicken wings in the pepper sauce and dressing. I put them in a zip lock bag overnight and kept turning the bag.

Melt margarine on a cookie sheet in 400°F oven. Spread wings on the cookie sheet and bake about an hour until they look crisp.

After "patchkeing" with Susie Fishbein's recipe in her new book, I searched for an easier and spicier recipe. I combined a few ideas and my family loved it! Delicious. My son raved and thought they tasted like Dougies!
